Heat the milk oil and 1/8 cup sugar to scalding, then leave to cool.
Mix the yeast, 1 tsp sugar and warm water. Leave to sit for a few mins until it froths.
Mix in with the milk mixture.
Beat in 2 cups of flour and salt.
Leave to rest for 10-15 mins.
Add 4 cups of flour.
Knead for 5 mins.
Preheat oven to 180C.
Bake for 20-30 mins.
